Project & Program Manager

During more than 15 years experiences in Information System Management for the global organizations, I lead as a Project & Program Manager.

In 2015, to implement an IS with very high security requirements to a workshop, I have conceived a strategy by analyzing consistently and sticking to the facts to involve the managers and the workers. As my co-worker said "Pierre-Marcel has proven to be able successfully manage critical situations in complex and strategic projects, reaping the expected results".

Digital Transformation

Thanks to these rich experiences, I build up the ability to think at a system level of design that pulls together the design, the technology and the business. Accordingly, I design a new offer about Digital Transformation for the Organization of Information System.

As the Environment becomes more Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambigus, the Business Organizations need a new paradigm with a Blended Framework. The goal is to build a common language, to accelerate the delivery, to enhance the commitment and to provide a clear strategy.

I studied a MBA with the CNAM (AMBA accredited) and choose the Innovation specialization.
